nope.

But he should.

Here's why:

why are we calling on chris scott to resign now?

Sault Ste. Marie deserves a full-time MPP who is focused on our community. We need a voice at Queen’s Park who is focused on protecting Soo’s workers from the impact of tariffs, fighting for our industries, and making sure that families don’t lose access to health care. But Chris Scott cannot show up for our community and he has made it clear that he cannot be that voice at Queen’s Park.On September 22nd he was arrested and it was reported that he’s facing two criminal charges. Then, on October 2nd, instead of resigning, he said he would take a leave of absence, leaving Soo residents without a representative. These are deeply disturbing allegations and raises questions about whether Chris Scott is fit to represent the community.Chris Scott had the chance to do the right thing and step aside. But he has made it clear that he won’t do it, but as a member of his community, you can hold him accountable.Use the link below to make your voice heard, demand a full-time representative for the Soo, and call on Chris Scott to resign.
